We believe childbirth is a normal natural event that when left to nature will result in the safe joyful delivery of a healthy baby. As midwives, we support and assist the birthing parents in their journey through pregnancy labor birth and postpartum. Using our clinical skills, intellect and intuition we seek to educate and provide you with healthy birth choices and will inform you of anything that falls outside the range of normal and safe. We seek to nurture a woman's sense of personal strength and self confidence so that she may realize birth as an empowering experience. When birth is integrated into life as a family event, the family is strengthened as well. We strive for individualized care, our job is to provide information and choices in hopes that it will aid you in making informed decisions for you and your family.
